Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Customer Project Specialist to manage large project orders and act as the liaison between vendor and customer to ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing. You will handle submittals, returns, and reporting while coordinating with suppliers to maintain project deadlines.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and experience with SAP and MS Office. High School required; 4-year degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• High School education required; a 4-year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform order entry on large project orders.
• Prepare and revise material submittals for customers.
• Handle returns and credits.
• Provide reporting to customers and suppliers using project software.
• Coordinate item deliveries to ensure on-time performance.
• Execute job lot billing and process invoices for payment.
