You will enter orders, prepare submittals, handle returns, provide reporting, coordinate deliveries and bill jobs. This role emphasizes detailed accuracy and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years of project/order experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform order entry on large project orders.
• Prepare and revise material submittals for customers.
• Handle returns and credits.
• Provide reporting to customers and suppliers using project software.
• Coordinate item deliveries to ensure on-time performance.
• Execute job lot billing and process invoices for payment.
