You will ensure materials reach project sites accurately and on schedule, coordinating deliveries and handling billing for complex projects. Responsibilities include order entry, submittal preparation, returns processing, and providing insightful reporting to customers and suppliers using project software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience preferred.
• High School education.
• 4 year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform order entry on large project orders.
• Prepare and revise material submittals for customers.

• Provide reporting to customers and suppliers using project software.
• Coordinate item deliveries to ensure on-time performance.
• Execute job lot billing and process invoices for payment.
