Graybar in Minnesota is seeking a Customer Project Specialist to manage large project orders, timelines and vendor-customer liaison roles. You will ensure material arrives on site when needed and support complex orders for stadiums, hospitals, and other facilities.

Responsibilities include order entry, submittals, returns and credits, reporting, coordinating deliveries, and billing. Requires attention to detail, organization and SAP/MS Office experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience preferred
• High School education required
• 4 year degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform order entry on large project orders
• Prepare and revise material submittals for customers
• Handle returns and credits
• Provide reporting to customers and suppliers using project software
• Coordinate item deliveries to ensure on-time performance
• Execute job lot billing and process invoices for payment
