Job summary

Graybar seeks a Project Specialist to coordinate large project orders and liaise between vendors, suppliers, and customers. You will manage time-sensitive orders, ensure material gets to the site, and support complex projects from stadiums to hospital renovations.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Customer service mindset with strong communication.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform order entry on large project orders.
• Prepare and revise material submittals for customers.
• Handle returns and credits.
• Provide reporting to customers and suppliers using project software.
• Coordinate item deliveries to ensure on-time performance.
• Execute job lot billing and process invoices for payment.
