Graybar Electric Company, Inc. is seeking a Customer Project Specialist in Denver to manage large project orders and act as the link between vendors and customers. You will ensure material reaches the project site on time and in the right condition, supporting stadiums, hospitals, and other facilities.

You will handle submittals, billing, and reporting while coordinating deliveries with multiple teams, using SAP and MS Office to maintain accurate records and deliver top-notch customer service.

Qualifications

• SAP and Microsoft Office experience.
• 2+ years experience preferred.
• High School education.
• 4 year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform order entry on large project orders.
• Prepare and revise material submittals for customers.
• Handle returns and credits.
• Provide reporting to customers and suppliers using project software.
• Coordinate item deliveries to ensure on-time performance.
• Execute job lot billing and process invoices for payment.
