Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Customer Project Specialist in Honolulu to manage complex orders and large projects from inception to delivery. You will act as the liaison between vendor and customer to ensure materials reach the site when needed, supporting projects like stadiums, hospital renovations, and other time-sensitive efforts.

You’ll handle order entry, submittals, returns, reporting, and on-time deliveries while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail is required.
• Excellent organizational skills for handling multiple large projects.
• Customer service skills to liaise between vendors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform order entry on large project orders.
• Prepare and revise material submittals for customers.
• Handle returns and credits.
• Provide reporting to customers and suppliers using project software.
• Coordinate item deliveries to ensure on-time performance.
• Execute job lot billing and process invoices for payment.
