Job summary

TE Connectivity seeks a Customer Program Manager to lead U.S. distribution partnerships within the Marine, Oil and Gas unit. You will be the primary contact for key customers, ensuring orders are fulfilled on time and issues resolved quickly across engineering, supply chain, and sales teams.

You will coordinate cross-functional efforts, provide proactive updates, support audits and reviews, and drive process improvements to elevate the customer experience in defense and subsea markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of Manufacturing Program Management experience in manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day communication with assigned key customers.
• Track and manage customer orders ensuring on-time delivery.
• Identify and resolve delivery, supply, or quality issues.
• Coordinate across internal teams (engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, sales).
• Provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support customer visits, audits, and business reviews.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation plans.
• Drive process improvements to enhance customer experience.
