Job summary

TT Electronics is seeking a Program Manager to act as the main customer liaison, coordinating across TT teams to ensure aligned execution and high satisfaction. You will manage customer accounts, monitor revenue, profitability, and delivery performance while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

The ideal candidate brings experience with regulated industries and excellent communication skills, with the ability to drive programs from concept through delivery while upholding ITAR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 2–4 years’ combined experience in regulated industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as TT Electronics’ primary point of contact with the customer, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
• Oversee all aspects of the assigned customer accounts, including revenue performance and customer experience.
• Lead cross-functional teams to align TT groups with customer requirements and program goals.
