Job summary

TE Connectivity's Aerospace Defense & Marine Division seeks a Manufacturing & Process Development Engineering Manager to lead the MPDE team in designing, optimizing, and validating manufacturing processes for new products.

You will drive DFM/DFA, implement Lean/Six Sigma, and collaborate with R&D, Quality, Operations and Supply Chain to launch production-ready offerings while ensuring safety, quality, and cost targets across global sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, development, and validation of new manufacturing processes and technologies to improve safety, product quality and production efficiency.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain to launch production-ready new products.
• Infuse DFM/DFA to ensure manufacturability at full scale.
• Establish and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process flow diagrams.
• Provide strategic Manufacturing Engineering oversight across a global portfolio.
