You will drive governance, risk management, and cross-functional execution with teams across engineering, quality, supply chain and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 8+ years in aerospace/defense, manufacturing, or related environments.
• 5+ years leading programs and cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to influence across matrixed organizations without direct authority.
• Strong business, financial, and stakeholder management skills.
