Job summary

You will ensure proper identity verification, use the POS for order deliveries, and maintain product knowledge to assist customers with selections. Candidates should have at least 1 year of retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a busy warehouse environment with lifting requirements.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work with all levels of staff.
• Strong computer skills and basic internet/office software proficiency.
• Self-starter who performs well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with storage buy needs.
• Manage the storage buy pick-up process with the car topper program.
• Follow phone SOPs and verify the identity of pickup customers.
• Collect required customer information for storage buy orders.
• Handle delivery of storage buy orders in the POS system.
• Adhere to safety SOPs for lifting and handling products.
• Be knowledgeable about products and assist with questions and selections.
• Keep shelves stocked and maintained per Floor & Decor standards.
