Job summary

Floor & Décor in Leesburg is hiring a customer-focused associate to greet customers and manage storage buy pick-ups at our store location. The position offers both full-time and part-time schedules with a pay range of $17.00–$22.40 per hour and opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities include meeting customers, overseeing the pick-up process, answering questions, verifying identity, stocking merchandise, and maintaining safety and brand standards in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with store management.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet storage buy customers.
• Manage the storage buy pick-up process with the car topper program.
• Demonstrate knowledge and comply with the company’s phone answering SOP.
• Verify the identity of the person picking up storage buy orders.
• Obtain required customer information on all storage buy pick-ups.
• Deliver customer storage buy orders in POS.
• Keep products stocked and clean according to Floor & Décor's brand standards.
• Follow safety SOPs for lifting practices.
• Be an expert in product knowledge and assist customers with questions and selections.
• Act in line with the company’s core roles.
