Job summary

Upbound Group in Plano, TX seeks an Analyst, Customer Performance Analytics to drive data-driven decisions across RAC, Acima and Brigit. You will partner with Growth, Product and Marketing to translate customer data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

You will develop advanced analytics, build scalable dashboards (Power BI/Sigma/Snowflake) and help elevate the organization’s customer intelligence capabilities. Collaboration and storytelling with data are essential.

Qualifications

• Quantitative degree or equivalent analytics experience.
• Strong SQL and data manipulation skills.
• Experience translating data into actionable insights.
• Experience creating visualizations and storytelling with data.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Sigma a plus.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Generate customer performance insights from multiple datasets.
• Translate data into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
• Create executive-ready presentations and narratives.
• Develop data stories with visualization to influence decisions.
• Collaborate with Growth Organization and Business Unit leaders.
• Support full funnel analytics and recurring reporting with dashboards.
