Upbound Group is seeking a Manager, Customer Performance Analytics in Plano, TX to lead the customer analytics function, turning complex data into actionable business recommendations that influence growth, customer experience and financial results.

This role builds and mentors a high‑performing team, enhances analytics methodologies, and partners with Growth, BU and executive leadership to drive continuous improvement across tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of analytics experience.
• 5+ years leading analytical teams.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling abilities.
• Excellent presentation skills to senior leaders.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or Sigma.
• Proven collaboration across teams.
• Experience with SQL, Alteryx, AWS.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of high-impact analytics initiatives.
• Develop customer journey and transaction data expertise.
• Mentor and manage a team of analysts.
• Partner with Growth, BU, Marketing to align priorities.
• Drive full funnel analytics and dashboards (Power BI/Sigma).
• Maintain standards for data quality and governance.
