Job summary

Upbound Group in Draper, Utah seeks an Analyst — Customer Performance Analytics to translate complex customer data into clear, actionable business recommendations that influence growth, customer experience and financial performance.

The Analyst will partner with the Growth Organization and the RAC, Acima and Brigit units to deliver timely insights, advanced analytics, and trusted guidance to senior leaders while evolving customer intelligence capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or 2+ years analytics experience.
• Strong SQL, SAS, Python and data wrangling skills.
• Experience translating data into actionable insights.
• Ability to create visual storytelling with Power BI/Tableau/Sigma.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to influence senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Execute analytics with data from multiple datasets to generate insights.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and narratives for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Growth Organization pods and business units to deliver insights.
• Support dashboards and self-service analytics through Power BI/Sigma/Snowflake.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and reproducible analytics across projects.
