Job summary

Upbound Group in Draper, Utah seeks a Manager of Customer Performance Analytics to lead the analytics function across RAC, Acima and Brigit. You will guide strategic customer analytics, build a high-performing team, and translate data into growth recommendations for executives.

Responsibilities include developing data models, advanced analytics, and scalable dashboards (Power BI/Sigma). You will partner with Growth and BU leaders to prioritize initiatives and improve customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years analytics experience preferred.
• Experience leading analytical teams (5+ years).
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling skills.
• Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, Sigma and other BI tools.
• Proactive, collaborative, with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, prioritization, execution of high-impact analytics initiatives.
• Partner with Growth Organization & BU leaders to align analytics with business goals.
• Evolve full-funnel analytics, dashboards, and self-serve capabilities.
• Translate analyses into executive-ready insights and recommendations.
• Coach and develop a high-performing analytics team.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and governance across Data & Analytics.
