Job summary

Upbound Group is seeking an Analyst, Customer Performance Analytics in Plano, TX, on-site. You will partner with Growth Organization Pod teams to translate complex customer data into actionable insights that guide growth and financial performance.

The role requires strong SQL skills, experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Sigma), and the ability to create executive-level narratives for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and/or 2+ years of analytics experience.
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent SQL coding skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Generate customer performance insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and narratives to enable strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Growth Organization Pod teams, BU leaders, and Marketing to deliver data-driven stories.
• Support the evolution of full funnel reporting, dashboards, and self-service analytics.
