Aaron’s in Pikeville, KY is seeking a Customer Account Advisor to help customers move toward ownership of their products. You’ll apply your people skills and customer service experience to support lease ownership and timely payments while maintaining professional standards.

The role requires 2 years of retail or customer service experience, flexible scheduling from 8A to 9P including Saturdays, and a valid driver’s license with satisfactory MVR.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail or customer service experience.
• Schedule flexibility 8A–9P, including Saturdays.
• At least 21 years old with valid driver's license and satisfactory MVR.
• Must meet DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with a dolly.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers to ownership of their product by coaching on timely payments.
• Contact customers by phone or in person regarding lease status.
• Perform merchandise returns when requested.
