Job summary

Aaron’s in Russellville is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to drive payments and renewals while helping customers move toward ownership. You will build relationships over the phone and in person, explain lease benefits, and ensure satisfaction with the product.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the US and 18 in Canada.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• DOT certification if required in location (US).
• Ability to work 8:00 am–9:00 pm schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs solo and 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the store system.
• Build customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers via phone or home visits.
