Pratt Industries is seeking a Customer Service Representative to take and process customer orders, address inquiries, and handle billing. You will maintain customer files, process purchase orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and order accuracy.

Experience in a manufacturing environment and strong communication skills are preferred. The role involves supporting sales staff, tracking inventory levels, and analyzing monthly usage for restocking.

Responsabilités

• Take customer orders directly from customers or sales representatives.
• Place orders for materials and supplies to be used in production.
• Process billing and coordinate with internal teams.

• Maintain customer files and process new items and purchase orders.
• Coordinate credits and distribute order changes.
• Assist sales personnel and track warehouse item availability.
• Analyze monthly usages and restocking per customer.
