Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders directly from customers or sales representatives.
• Place orders on a timely basis for materials and supplies for production.
• Process billing for customers.
• Handle customer questions and complaints and follow up with internal personnel as required.
• Maintain customer files and records.
• Process new items and purchase orders.
• Coordinate accounting credits and adjust records as needed.
• Record and distribute customer order changes.
• Fax confirmations to customers.
• Assist sales personnel and help generate supplemental sales.
• Track warehouse items to ensure availability and maintain min/max levels.
• Analyze monthly usages and restocking per customer.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
