Job summary

Pratt Industries – San Antonio is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for our customers, handling orders, inquiries, and complaints while coordinating with internal teams to support sales efforts.

You will maintain accurate customer records, process orders, and ensure timely delivery while upholding company policies and quality standards. A proactive communicator with strong attention to detail will excel in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Data-entry experience preferred.
• Experience in corrugated box industry preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports.
• Knowledge of quality standards ISO and QS.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders from customers or sales reps.
• Process billing accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill customer needs.
• Track order changes and distribute updates.
• Assist sales personnel and identify supplemental sales opportunities.
• Ensure availability and stock levels align with minimum/maximum levels.
• Maintain customer records and coordinate with accounting for credits.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
