Qualifications

• Must be able to lead and communicate at a high level to staff, production employees, management and customers.
• Must be computer literate and proficient with MS Office.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and supervisory roles is required.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for customer service, order entry, order processing, and order shipping.
• Lead and communicate with Customer Support Staff, Production employees, Management and Customers.
• Maintain safe, productive work environment and high morale within the plant.
• Review plant goals for in-bounds, out-bounds, on-time deliveries, backlog and quality issues.
• Attend scheduling meetings and monitor inventory and warehouse items.
• Provide input on stock availability, slow/mfast moving items; inform management of issues.
• Keep Operations Manager informed about problems affecting production operations.
• Display emotional control in time-sensitive situations and multi-task effectively.
• Communicate clearly and comply with company policies.
