Job summary

AGI, a global food-based infrastructure leader, seeks a Sales Coordinator in Albion, NE. You will support order entry, cash receipts, mail and document handling, and coordinate with sales to ensure timely delivery of information and service to dealers and internal customers.

You will manage callers and visitors, maintain records, and assist with drawings and shipments while upholding AGI’s standards for accuracy and teamwork in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience using a multi-line phone system.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with purchasing, updates on buyout items and lead times.
• Mail out samples and literature to dealers.
• Lead order entry duties, POs, and related tasks.
• Process changes orders and coordinate with salesperson as needed.
• Operate a multiline phone system and route calls professionally.
• Monitor general voicemail and manage Day/Night phone status.
• Greet visitors, determine purpose, and direct to destinations.
• Ensure visitors sign in and comply with COVID requirements.
• Assemble building erection drawings and distribute ship packets.
• Assist with anchor bolts and certified drawings.
• Label and track component orders.
• Handle mail and courier logistics.
• Maintain office supplies and storage organization.
