A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated Customer Order Management Representative to support expediting and issue resolution across multiple systems. This contract-to-hire role is based on-site in Vernon Hills, IL, with 40 hours per week and a pay rate of $26.39 per hour.

The role involves coordinating resolution with internal sources, maintaining strong customer communication, and guiding customers with available tools and options.

Qualifications

• Experience in order or supply management preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Expedite customer orders and support on-time fulfillment through issue resolution and coordination.
• Research and resolve routine order issues/disputes with moderate supervision.
• Coordinate problem resolution with alternate internal sources as needed.
• Communicate with customers and offer alternatives based on available tools and information.
• Interpret and apply system knowledge to manage customer requests.
• Work within multiple software systems (Excel, SAP, and reporting tools such as Power BI).
• Maintain strong organization and communication while supporting daily operational needs.

Customer Order Management Representative | Details and Compensation:

• Location: Vernon Hills, IL 60061 – 100% on-site
• Payrate: $26.39/hr
• Required Availability: Full-Time (40 hrs/week)

Customer Order Management Representative | Summary and Highlights:

The Customer Order Management Representative supports order expediting by acting as a liaison for issue research, problem solving, and dispute resolution. This role manages customer requests across multiple systems, coordinates resolution with alternate sources, and provides customers with options using available tools and information. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

Customer Order Management Representative | Responsibilities:

• Ability to perform routine problem solving, research, and issue resolution with moderate supervision
