Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service / Order Management Representative to join a dynamic team supporting high-volume seasonal operations. In this role, you will assist government agencies and corporate clients by managing orders, coordinating deliveries, and providing proactive customer support. This is not a call center environment, but a client-focused service role that requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for clients placing bulk orders and requesting delivery updates.
• Coordinate order fulfillment and logistics, ensuring timely delivery.
• Enter and update customer information and orders using internal systems (SAP experience strongly preferred).
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure service expectations are met.
• Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and communications.
• Provide exceptional service to high-profile clients with a professional and proactive approach.

Qualifications:
