Job summary

BMS CAT is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead restoration and remediation crews on residential and commercial losses. You will coordinate mitigation tasks, ensure safety standards, and drive project timelines across on-site operations.

The role requires 3–7 years of leadership in remediation/restoration, with IICRC training preferred. Strong work ethic and reliable transportation are essential, along with passing background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Three to seven years of experience leading a work crew (remediation/restoration).
• IICRC training and certification preferred (but not required).
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to submit to a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restoration crews on residential, commercial, catastrophic, and large losses.
• Oversee water, wind, fire, mold mitigation work and basic construction tasks.
• Schedule and dispatch workers, crews, equipment, and service vehicles.
• Ensure crews follow IICRC guidelines and complete daily paperwork.
