Job summary

Endurant Disaster Recovery is seeking a detail‑driven Project Coordinator to support restoration projects across the network. You will manage job setup, contracts, invoicing, TPA compliance, and weekly status reporting under the direction of the Project Coordinator Manager, collaborating with location Estimators, Project Managers, and the VP of Construction.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication with customers, adjusters, and trade partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning job management and e-signature platforms.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate job information in job management systems and TPA platforms.
• Confirm production readiness and collect all deductible and claim information.
• Manage contracts, invoices, change orders, and lien waivers; track signatures to completion.
• Prepare contracts with clear payment schedules and monitor budgeting against targets.
• Track job status, generate weekly reports, and escalate stalled or high-risk items.
