Job summary

Ziegler CAT in Minnesota seeks a Sales Coordinator to provide operational and sales support to our team. You will assist sales representatives with securing inventory, handling walk-in traffic, creating agreements, coordinating transportation, and processing invoices and warranty enrollment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of customer service or administrative experience, are detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Equivalent of 1–3 years in customer service or admin support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Serves as main line of support for sales representatives.
• Point of contact for walk-in traffic and area customers.
• Creates and maintains sale and lease agreements.
• Schedules trucking and/or shipping of equipment to customer sites.
• Finalizes invoices and credits for transactions.
• Handle any additional special projects as needed.
• Ability to manage a large number of transactions and high-functioning salespeople.
• Additional administrative tasks as seen fit.
• Keep up-to-date and accurate records.
• Timely creation of sales or lease contracts and processing of invoices.
• Ability to multi-task on technical issues.
• Follows up with sales representatives via phone and other interactions.
• Works in a cooperative manner with team and employees.
