Job summary

ITS Logistics, LLC seeks a high-performing Onboarding & Implementation professional to act as the implementation lead and principal account manager during customer onboarding. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• 4+ years in supervision/management in warehousing/logistics.
• Strong leadership, customer service orientation, and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all customer onboarding and implementations.
• Serve as the primary interface between sales, IT, solutions engineering, operations, transportation and account management.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and checklists for implementations to ensure defined requirements before go-live.
• Lead the transition of newly launched customers.
• Willing to travel to any campus for extended periods to support onboarding.
