Job summary

ITS Logistics seeks an Implementation Specialist to lead customer onboarding and system deployments. You will collaborate with operations, IT, and customers to ensure smooth onboarding, training, and go-live activities while maintaining strong communication across teams.

The role requires 2+ years in warehousing, experience with WMS systems, and the ability to travel to campuses for extended periods. Proficiency with MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead successful customer onboarding and system implementations.
• Serve as primary operations/IT resource for onboarding projects.
• Collaborate with WMS specialists and support UAT activities.
• Coordinate transition of new customers to operations and account management teams.
• Travel to client campuses as needed to support onboarding.
