Job summary

ITS Logistics is a leading supply chain solutions provider in the United States seeking a high-performing Onboarding & Implementation professional to lead customer implementations from contract to readiness.

The role reports to the Sr. Manager of Onboarding & Implementation and requires coordinating across Sales, IT, Solutions Engineering, Operations, and Account Management. Onsite at our York, PA facility, travel may be required; strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience as a supervisor or Manager in Warehousing, Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Excellent leadership and strong interpersonal skills with customer service orientation.
• Ability to work autonomously and maintain urgency.
• Willing to travel to campuses for extended onboarding periods.
• Onsite at the York, PA Facility Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Own all customer onboarding and implementation activities.
• Coordinate with sales, IT, solutions engineering, operations, transportation and account teams.
• Create project plans and checklists for implementations to define requirements before go-live.
• Lead the transition of newly launched customers.
• Build trusted relationships and drive long-term partnerships.
