Job summary

ITS Logistics is seeking a results-driven Onboarding & Implementation leader to drive customer onboarding and implementations from contract to operational readiness. You will align cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders to ensure successful deployments and long-term partnerships. The role reports to the Sr.

Manager of Onboarding & Implementation. You will act as both implementation lead and principal account manager, ensuring objectives are achieved from day one and travel to campuses

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years as a supervisor/manager in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain.
• Strong leadership and customer service orientation.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Must be onsite at the York, PA facility Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all customer onboarding and implementations.
• Serve as the primary interface between sales, IT, solutions engineering, operations, transportation and account management.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and checklists to define requirements before go-live.
• Lead the transition of newly launched customers.
• Willingness to travel to any campus for extended onboarding support.
