Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to engage customers in a fast-paced store-in-store setting, educating them on wireless solutions and guiding them to the right products and services.

You will leverage digital tools to demonstrate value and drive customer satisfaction. You will participate in training, stay updated on current promotions, and collaborate with nearby stores to onboard customers.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: High School Diploma or GED.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, using digital tools to educate and showcase value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Demonstrate solution-based selling to meet customer needs and onboarding through the T-Mobile app.
• Complete in-store training on products, processes and systems; stay updated on promotions and hub resources to stay customer-ready.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership to support customer experience from account setup to device support and servicing.
