Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years general office experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Transportation experience preferred.
• Strong phone and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to enter data accurately.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical tasks: filing, copying, data entry, and mail handling.
• Verify documentation, generate and correct freight bills.
• Provide information to customers and determine pickup/delivery needs.
• Enter shipment data into systems and update statuses.
• Coordinate pickups and respond to inquiries via phone/email.
• Schedule freight deliveries and verify hours-of-service.
• Assist city operations and liaise with sales and operations.
• Reconcile cash and prepare deposits as needed.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company procedures.
