Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Solicit customers, enter loads into system, and build relationships with customers, shippers, and consignees.
• Communicate with customers via email, telephone, or fax.
• Identify and correct deficiencies with customer orders.
• Assist sales managers with assigned accounts.
• Track transportation timelines and provide updates.
• Analyze daily/weekly queries and reports related to customer accounts.
• Maximize negotiated rates and coordinate service needs with sales, driver managers and drivers.
• Enter orders accurately and ensure data completeness for windows and billing.
