Ultipro in Indiana seeks a detail-oriented Customer Service / Order Processing specialist to enter loads, build customer relationships, and coordinate with shippers and consignees.

You will monitor order status, assist sales managers, ensure data accuracy, and support DOT safety compliance while driving on-time pickup and delivery. Previous office software skills and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year working with public (customer service or food service) preferred.
• Computer skills - Microsoft Windows, MS Office (especially Excel).
• Data entry experience helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Solicit Customers, enter all customer loads into system, and build relationships with customers, shippers and consignees.
• Communicates with customers via email, telephone, fax, etc.
• Identify and correct deficiencies with customer orders.
• Assist sales managers with assigned accounts.
• Track transportation when needed (delivery time, pick-up time, etc.).
• Analyze daily/weekly queries and reports related to customer accounts.
• Maximize negotiated rates with all customers and communicate service needs with sales, driver managers, and drivers.
