• High School Diploma is required.
• 1 year of experience in a public-facing role (pre customer service or food service).
• Familiar with Supply Chain, Logistics and/or Distribution.

Responsibilities

• Enter standard business orders by receiving orders via email or telephone.
• Handle special customer-specific documentation needs.
• Analyze issues with orders using Order User Hold Report and resolve by coordinating with other departments.
• Revise and release orders as needed; follow Return Material Authorization guidelines.
• Coordinate delivery and freight rate with supply chain; communicate revised orders to Sales.
• Create/maintain reports and spreadsheets; train new hires as requested.
