The role partners with Marketing, Digital Media, E-Commerce and Technology to translate data into clear reports that drive smarter decisions and tangible business impact. You will develop dashboards and support test-and-learn initiatives across online and offline channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 3–5+ years in data or marketing analytics.
• Experience with large customer datasets and data extraction.
• Proficient in Google Analytics and CRM/marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with data visualization and BI tools; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze core customer file KPIs: acquisition, retention, reactivation, frequency, spend, LTV.
• Deep-dive analyses to understand drivers of trends and performance changes.
• Monitor customer file health over time; identify risks and opportunities.
• Evaluate marketing campaigns and product initiatives related to growth and loyalty.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools; translate data into insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Technology to ensure data integrity and support test-and-learn initiatives.
