Job summary

Virtualite is seeking a Customer Growth Representative to drive revenue through account expansion, upselling, and client development. Manage a portfolio of active client accounts and identify expansion opportunities.

Collaborate with onboarding and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery, maintain CRM records, and forecast pipeline. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or customer growth is a plus but not required.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple accounts and ongoing conversations.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of active client accounts.
