Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking a Customer Business Manager II to act as the retailer expert, driving growth across brands within assigned retailers. You will develop business plans, own execution strategies, and manage relationships with clients and customers across a defined geographic region.

Responsibilities include presenting strategic client plans, executing plans across brands, and maintaining proactive communication with the Client Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 3+ years in the CPG industry.
• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), including PivotTables.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers within an assigned geographic region.
• Present targeted, strategic client plans that build effective brand promotion strategies.
• Execute strategic plans for all client brands with retailers in the defined geography, including sales, share, distribution, promotion, pricing, merchandising, and financial management.
• Maintain proactive communication with the Client Team to provide status updates and address needs tied to the client’s business plan.
• Communicate customer changes and insights across CROSSMARK roles to reinforce customer expertise.
• Use CROSSVIEW for business planning and execution to drive internal efficiency and client visibility.
• Support Business Account Manager(s) in developing targeted client plans.
• Identify and sell additional client services based on strategy and performance insights.
• Provide input for CROSSVIEW Business Reviews and participate in presentations.
