Beacon Hill Staffing Group seeks a Temporary Customer Service Coordinator in Massachusetts to support order entry, data management, and cross-department coordination in a food manufacturing setting.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely communication, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Onsite 40 hours/week at 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a 7+ month assignment and immediate start.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Practical problem-solving skills and ability to work independently after training.
• ERP/order management system or retailer portal experience preferred.
• Familiarity with shipping, logistics, or order fulfillment documentation is a plus.
• Food manufacturing or distribution experience is helpful but not required.

Aufgaben

• Enter and process customer purchase orders, including quantities, item numbers, ship dates, and delivery details.
• Review orders for accuracy and resolve or escalate discrepancies.
• Process order changes and revisions within required deadlines.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide order and shipment updates.
• Maintain customer records, spreadsheets, order documentation, and departmental files.
• Assist with customer portals, shipping documentation, reporting, and data entry.
• Track open items, follow-ups, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with Planning, Production, Shipping, Logistics, and Sales regarding orders and inventory.
• Support changing department priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
