Job summary

Reily Foods Company in Malden, MA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison between the company and its customers. You will enter orders, provide status updates, and respond to inquiries with integrity in a high-volume environment.

The role requires knowledge of our product lines, the ability to manage orders and shipments with urgency, and collaboration with sales and support teams. Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm; competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of customer service experience.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with poise and tact.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional telephone and email etiquette.
• Proactive in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand brand configurations including coffee, tea, and related products.
• Handle high volume of customer calls with quality service.
• Contact customers daily to ensure timely order fulfillment and status updates.
• Process customer orders and invoices accurately.
• Handle shipments, expedited orders, and returns with urgency.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues to retain customers.
• Report shortages and out-of-stock items internally and to customers.
• Collaborate with team members and sales reps to support customers.
• Escalate issues to Customer Service Manager and ensure resolution.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in safety training.
