Job summary

MacLean-Fogg is seeking a Customer Fulfillment Coordinator in Farmington Hills, MI. You will coordinate orders, inventory, kitting, packaging, and shipping to ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment for OEM and consumer programs.

You’ll work with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues, improve processes, and support daily fulfillment operations. Must have ERP experience and be proficient with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years in customer service, order fulfillment, logistics, or related field.
• Experience with ERP and order management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of customer order processing, fulfillment, inventory, and logistics processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders from receipt through shipment, including order processing, kitting, packaging, and fulfillment for on-time delivery.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams, communicating status and schedules while resolving issues.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of components and materials.
• Use ERP and order management systems (JDE, Shopify) to support pricing, processing, tracking, and reporting.
• Track timelines, requirements, and deliverables while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate across Sales, Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Logistics to resolve issues and discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities to improve fulfillment efficiency and accuracy; escalate when needed.
• Provide direction and coaching to team members; maintain organized work areas.
