Job summary

Value Windows & Doors is seeking a Warranty & Service Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for warranty requests. You will manage service cases, coordinate technicians, and ensure timely resolution.

You will document cases in Salesforce, track parts, and communicate clearly with customers. A high school diploma and bilingual English/Chinese are required, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or dispatching experience.
• Excellent communication and professional phone etiquette.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese a must.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person requests
• Create and manage service and warranty cases in CRM (Salesforce)
• Schedule, dispatch, and coordinate service technicians and resources
• Communicate with customers to gather details, provide updates, and close cases
• Order and track parts, materials, and tools needed for service completion
• Prepare service routes and coordinate logistics including equipment and third-party support
• Maintain organized records of requests, schedules, and communications
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases and prepare quotes/invoices
