Job summary

Responsibilities include guiding customers through the repair process, verifying DRP requirements, and maintaining accurate records. High school diploma required; 1+ year DRP experience and I-CAR readiness preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to research answers.
• 1+ year DRP experience; willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Coordinate repairs and communicate with insurance companies throughout the process.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Adhere to DRP requirements and WOW procedures.
