Job summary

Citizens is seeking a Teller to greet customers in our lobby, assist with mobile app and ATM use, and help them achieve financial goals with personalized advice. You will connect customers with Bankers for next steps and educate them on Citizens products and policies while ensuring compliance with cash handling and regulatory requirements.

Starting salary is $21 per hour and up, with the possibility of advancement.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED is required.
• At least 6 months of experience processing transactions.
• At least 1 year of customer experience, including recommending and referring products.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and build long-term relationships.
• Comfortable using digital technology.
• Ability to work hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in lobbies and demonstrate how to use our mobile app or ATMs.
• Provide personalized advice to help customers achieve financial goals and connect them to Bankers for the next steps.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits and respond to questions and concerns.
• Follow all financial policies and procedures, including proper cash handling and regulatory requirements.
