Qualifications

• Ability to work with digital tools and ATMs, and adapt to branch hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the lobby and assist with transactions.
• Demonstrate mobile app and ATM features to complete simple tasks.
• Provide personalized financial guidance and connect customers with bankers when needed.
• Adhere to all financial policies and proper cash handling requirements.
• Build long‑term customer relationships through effective questions and needs discovery.
