Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a Teller to greet customers in lobby areas and assist with simple transactions using our mobile app and ATMs. You will provide personalized advice to help customers reach their financial goals and connect them with Bankers for next steps.

The role requires strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service while adhering to all policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• Minimum 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to develop a long-term customer relationship.
• Ability to solve problems and provide solutions to customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the lobby and assist with simple transactions.
• Demonstrate how to use the mobile app or ATMs to complete transactions.
• Provide personalized advice and connect customers to Bankers for next steps.
• Educate customers about Citizens products and benefits while following all policies and procedures.
